Pasadena Eliminated from Playoff Contention
Wednesday, October 3rd , 2063
The Pasadena Bumblebees were mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. George White of the Bumblebees said it's a tough way to finish out the season.
"To be eliminated from playoff contention in the last few games, it's not easy," he said.
The Bumblebees have made the playoffs 4 times in their 52 years as a TRIPLE A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2061. In the last 10 seasons, the Bumblebees have only made the playoffs once.
