Madison-Amarillo Brawl, Knight and Tuwile Suspended Monday, August 27th , 2063 If there wasn't a history between Ron Knight of Madison and Radhi Tuwile of Amarillo, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 3 and 6 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Knight said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." This season, Knight is batting .242 with 83 hits and 12 home runs. He has scored 49 times and has 47 runs batted in. This season to date, Tuwile has a record of 10 wins and 5 losses with a 3.91 ERA, has appeared in 31 games and struck out 63 in 117.1 innings. |
