Great Day for Lagunas -- 5 Hits Sunday, May 7th , 2062 Acadia Park Nationals third baseman Ruben Lagunas banged out 5 hits, but it was not enough to keep his club from succumbing to the Pasadena Bumblebees, 8-5. He went 5-for-5 and raised his batting average a few points. "If the hits keep coming," an upbeat Lagunas said after the game, "the runs will too. And, more importantly, so will the wins." Ruben Lagunas singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
