Manager Flunks in Astoria -- Saikawa Canned Wednesday, October 12th , 2061 The Astoria Argonauts and Kagehisa Saikawa have parted ways. It was announced today by club officials that Kagehisa Saikawa had been dismissed as the team's manager. Argonauts GM told reporters that "certain goals were mutually agreed upon this season and, in our estimation, they have not been reached. Our team has not made the progress we were promised." Saikawa told BNN that he is "proud of what has been accomplished in my tenure as the Argonauts manager. We have a better club now than when I first got here. I'm just sorry it ended this way." |
