Injury Setback for Honu Salgado Friday, October 7th , 2061 Honu right fielder Roberto Salgado has suffered a setback in his rehabilitation for a hamstring strain. He was expected to finish treatment soon and rejoin the team slightly ahead of schedule. Doctors reevaluated him after he felt severe pain in a recent workout. The preliminary examination revealed more damage and is worse than the first injury. Anonymous sources in Hawaii told BNN Roberto Salgado would be absent from the roster quite a bit longer than originally diagnosed. He would now have to miss at least 2 weeks. Posting a .271 batting average to date, Salgado has 11 home runs and 45 RBIs. |
