Honu Ramon Torres Sidelined Saturday, September 10th , 2061 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Honu when after today's game against the Mounties, the club found out they would be without the services of Ramon Torres for at least 4-5 weeks. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Torres was injured earlier today being hit by a pitch and suffered a fractured ulna. In 126 games Torres is hitting .238 this season with 101 hits, 23 home runs, 60 RBIs, 63 walks, .353 OBP and has scored 75 runs. |
