Seattle Trades McKnight to Chicago for Recer Monday, September 5th , 2061 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Seattle Sasquatch and the Chicago Eclipse have agreed to a deal that will have 29-year old RHP Joe McKnight heading to Chicago in exchange for 24-year old minor league RHP Dave Recer and a 4th round draft pick. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. To date, McKnight has a 4-10 mark in 27 starts with a 5.40 ERA. He has given up 175 hits in 158.1 innings, struck out 99 and issued 51 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .278 batting average against him. |
