Reyna Named RCL Batter of the Month Wednesday, June 1st , 2061 When Carlos Reyna stepped up to the plate in May he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Roberto Clemente League Batter of the Month award. The young Mexico City first baseman posted a .353 batting average with 7 home runs, 21 RBIs and scored 24 runs. Reyna also worked pitchers for 21 walks to post a .486 on-base percentage. On the year, Reyna has hit .261 with 8 home runs, 26 RBIs and scored 36 runs. |
