Season-Ending Injury for Carlos Adujar Wednesday, May 18th , 2061 The Bighorn Bison and their fans were rocked today by the news that star starting pitcher Carlos Adujar would miss the rest of the season due to injury. Adujar was hurt in a recent game against the Huntington Station Ramrods while throwing a pitch. He was immediately removed from the game and taken for examination. Tests today revealed the injury was a damaged elbow ligament. His doctors think that Adujar will miss about 12 months. This year, Adujar has compiled a 1-7 mark with a 5.03 ERA. |
