Rehab Road Tough for Stogies Roberto Santamaria Friday, May 6th , 2061 Havana Stogies shortstop Roberto Santamaria got another setback today. His doctors informed him that his injury was not responding to treatment as well as they hoped and that he would need more time to rehabilitate. If all goes well, they expect Santamaria to be ready to go within 2 weeks. He told BNN, "I didn't expect a strained triceps to take this long to heal." At the moment, Santamaria is hitting .227 with 1 home run and 5 RBIs. He has played in 12 games and scored 6 times. |
