RCL's Star Player Named Monday, April 25th , 2061 It's always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what he's got. Chris Sawyer, the Dallas Texans 22-year-old center fielder, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors. He ripped 15 hits in 28 at-bats, compiling a .536 average with 1 home run and 3 RBIs. So far this year, Sawyer is hitting .372 with 3 home runs. |
