Dallas Respects 'No-Nonsense' Approach Saturday, April 23rd , 2061 Gary Stoy leaves no doubt who is in charge of the Dallas Texans. The team manager says it's "my way or the highway" when it comes to matters surrounding the club. "The manager is someone to be in control and to be respected and that's what I strive for with my team," he said of his approach. Regardless of wins or losses on the field, Austin Gray said the players in the clubhouse seem to respond well to the skipper. "He's got a no-nonsense approach and he holds us accountable," he said.
