Third Baseman Tony Aguirre Lands in Quebec Thursday, January 6th , 2061 Quebec fans were pleased with the signing of Tony Aguirre today. The 36-year-old inked a 1-year, $2,500,000 deal with the Armada. Though his numbers don't jump out at you, Aguirre does fill a void for Quebec, according to several respected analysts. Aguirre has played in 1684 games and posted a lifetime .266 average. He has 1607 hits, 292 doubles, 30 triples and 322 homers. In addition he has driven in 835 runs and scored 810 times. |
