Trade News Tuesday, December 28th , 2060 It likely won't turn either team into an instant contender or provide a huge franchise shakeup, but the San Francisco Earthquakes and Traverse City Beach Bums finalized a trade today. San Francisco will send a 1st round draft pick to the Beach Bums, while the Earthquakes will receive a 1st round draft pick. "We think this is a deal that will help out both teams and we're glad to get it done," Earthquakes general manager Greg Erbisch said. The trade is expected to be officially completed later today with the players joining their new ballclubs by the end of the day. |
