Mounties Advance to Divisional Series Thursday, October 14th , 2060 Fans of the Montreal Jazz groaned when Cecil Sauls stepped up to the plate in the Wild Card Round. And for good reason too, as the Montreal Mounties player was instrumental in guiding his team to a 4-2 series win over the Jazz. The series was clinched tonight at Mount Royal Grounds, with Montreal coming out on top 2-0 in the deciding game. Sauls's strong series included a .435 batting average, with a .458 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 4 runs.
