The team came close, but have ultimately failed to make this year's playoffs. "Making the playoffs has to be our ultimate goal," said manager Naoki Okada. "We'll use the offseason to see what changes can get us there." Before this season, the Honu last missed the playoffs in 2062. In the 39 years they have been a ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE franchise, they have missed the playoffs 21 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Honu have made the playoffs 4 times. |
