Great Week for Jacksonville's Chris Ingram
Monday, May 12th , 2064
24-year-old Chris Ingram sent shock waves through ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award.
A newcomer to the league, Ingram made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .600 average, 12 hits in 20 at-bats, 3 home runs and 9 runs batted in.
Where the Jacksonville Pilots first baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Ingram certainly made his mark last week.
This year, Ingram has hit at a .382 pace and produced 25 RBIs, 6 home runs and scored 27 runs.
