Swap: Stegemann for Stegemann Monday, January 14th , 2064 The Houghton Gremlins and Montreal Mounties have put the finishing touches on a deal that was weeks in the making. Houghton will part with 42-year old RHP Owen Stegemann, while the Mounties have dealt nothing. "This one took a while to figure out," said Houghton general manager OPEN TEAM. "We must have gone back to the drawing board five or six times over the past few weeks. I'm glad we finally got the deal done. I think it is a good one for both clubs." Stegemann has gone 376-171 with an ERA of 2.54 in his career, piling up 5014 strikeouts in 5208 innings pitched. |
