Moonshiners Send Haywood to Quebec Monday, January 14th , 2064 The Baseball News Network is reporting that Asheville and Quebec have agreed in principle to a swap that will send 35-year old LHP Khalil Haywood to the Armada with nothing joining the Moonshiners. Asheville general manager OPEN TEAM would not confirm the trade, but a team representative close to the negotiations said the deal is official and is now only awaiting approval from the league. In his career, Haywood has totaled 13 victories and 15 defeats with a 4.07 ERA. The 35-year-old hurler also has struck out 226 batters in 289.2 innings and surrendered 302 hits. |
