RCL's Best Rookie Announced Sunday, November 25th , 2063 The 2063 Roberto Clemente League Rookie of the Year Award has gone to Bobby Tackman of the Walnut Creek Warriors. In his debut season he hit .348, drove in 123 runs and scored 89 times, while playing in 155 games. The 23-year-old newcomer also had 59 doubles, 1 triple and 29 home runs. He received 27 first place votes out of a possible 28. Tommy Ivester of the Havana Stogies finished second in voting, while Rich Van Fleet of the Mexico City Luchadores finished third.
