Problems Continue For Simmons and Dunlap, Trade On The Way? Sunday, October 14th , 2063 Earlier in the season, when the Slice's Tom Simmons and Bill Dunlap had a scuffle in the dugout that was captured by the cameras, they brushed it off and commented that they were still a "good" team. Now, several weeks later, the Slice are 63-99 and appear to be going nowhere. Manager Giampaolo Marcovicci has hinted that a move might be in the works to separate the clashing stars. "Look, they both have a lot of talent, but their personalities don't mesh too well. Who knows, maybe they'd be better off in opposite dugouts," Marcovicci said. While there's no guarantee a move will be made, one has to assume that some action will be taken by the team soon. |
