RCL Star of the Week Announced Monday, September 17th , 2063 It's always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what he's got. Tommy Ivester, the Havana Stogies 22-year-old first baseman, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors. He ripped 13 hits in 23 at-bats, compiling a .565 average with 2 home runs and 3 RBIs. For the year, Ivester has hit .327 with 31 home runs, 84 RBIs and scored 116 runs. |
