Martineau Red-Hot, TML Player of the Week Monday, September 3rd , 2063 When it came to hitting the baseball, Sean Martineau was in a class by himself in the Thurman Munson League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding right fielder for Chicago tagged opposing pitchers for a .542 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 13 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 homers, 6 runs scored and 6 RBIs. Martineau is batting at a .325 pace this season, picking up 157 hits in 483 at-bats with 23 home runs, 78 RBIs and 93 runs scored. |
