Earthquakes Advance to League Pennant Tuesday, October 24th , 2062 The San Francisco Earthquakes and Montreal Mounties put on a classic Divisional Series that was in question until the final game. In the end, San Francisco won the deciding contest by a score of 10-9, to take the series 4-3. "It doesn't get much tighter than that. To win a series in the last game is a thrill," said Junior Leeney, who earned series MVP honors for San Francisco. "Our guys are breathing a little easier now." For the series, Leeney hit .517 with a .548 on-base percentage. He had 5 home runs, drove in 10 RBI and scored 8 runs.
