The Lerna Lions pounded the San Marin Mustangs, 17-1, at Ballpark of Ecatepec HS. Art Branon, who is tied for 7th in the PRLL in hits with 63, had a solid game. He was 2-4 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 3 times and drove in 4 for the Lions. The winner in relief was Mike Powell. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 2.2 innings.
