The Walnut Creek Warriors downed the Bloomington Blazers, 9-6, in 12 innings at Arson Arena. Kevin McArdle led the way, going 3-for-5 for Walnut Creek. Walnut Creek has an impressive 50-22 record.

Dan Edwards came through with a big-time hit for Walnut Creek. The third baseman smacked a 3-run home run in the top of the 12th inning to give his team the lead, 9-6. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
