Cabo San Lucas Beats Buffalo in Extra Innings
Despite a great performance by Buffalo right fielder Jonathan Schimmel, the Cabo San Lucas Toreros defeated the Bison by the score of 14-13 at Field de Los Layendas. Schimmel belted 3 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring three times. The win puts the Toreros at 29-53, while the Bison drop to 40-44.

The decisive blow was delivered by Jayden Polite in the bottom of the 16th when he hit a run-scoring double off 25-year old left-handed pitcher Kevin Walczak to win the game for Cabo San Lucas. The home crowd went nuts.

In postgame remarks, Polite said: "I'm proud of our guys, of their fight."
