The rain came, as predicted, but the Canby Lancers and Terra Linda Trojans were able to complete their ballgame.

Canby second baseman Jim Dingley had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Terra Linda Trojans, 16-3. The Lancers improved their record to 21-16 by beating Terra Linda.

David Owusu, who is tied for 10th in the PRLL in RBI with 49, contributed to the Canby win with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the first. For the game, the shortstop had 4 hits in 5 at-bats with 2 home runs, 2 singles, 2 runs scored, and 5 runs batted in.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Owusu.
