Thanks in large part to third baseman Ed Knight, the Hawaii Honu beat the Kansas City Tornadoes, 7-5. Knight went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The Honu win now puts them at 35-48.

Zach Jackson, who is tied for 8th in the TML in bases on balls with 40, chipped in a run-scoring single for Hawaii in the bottom of the third. For the game, the center fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 RBI.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Hawaii manager Naoki Okada.
