Macias, now 2-0, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 8 hits, while striking out 7, walking 1, and allowing 2 runs. The Sasquatch win now puts them at 33-38.
The Sasquatch got a big hit from right fielder Trevor McLearn. Facing Huntington Station pitcher Don Levick in the bottom of the seventh, McLearn pounded a 3-run home run to left. His 15th home run of the season put the Sasquatch ahead, 8-1.
