Falcons Earn Late 4-3 Win
|
The River Falls Falcons knocked off the Mojave Rattlers, 4-3, in TML LA action at Falcons Field. River Falls pitcher and Pueblo Nuevo, Mexico, native Edwin Barragan had an outstanding performance. The second-place Falcons now have a record of 91-64.
Andrew Grogan was the walk-off hero for River Falls. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Falcons designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"This game had its share of tense moments," Barragan said, postgame.
