Chicago starter Brendan Tucker pitched well against the Hawaii Honu at Millennium Field. The left-hander led his team to a win, 4-3. Chicago is second in the Roberto Clemente League Central Division with a record of 45-33.

The decisive blow was delivered by Larry Gilliland in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off fan favorite Karl Molnar to win the game for Chicago. The home crowd went nuts.
