Millers Rally For Late Win Over Mounties
The Milwaukee Millers knocked off the Montreal Mounties, 8-4, at Mount Royal Grounds. Pat Lewis hit 1 single and 1 double, while driving in 3 runs. The Millers improved their record to 36-40 with the win over Montreal.

Mike Clark drove in one run for Milwaukee. The 26-year old third baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the eighth. With one out and a runner on 3rd, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Eric Wilkinson. It was his 9th RBI of the season.

Clark told the media after that game that the mood in the clubhouse is "extremely positive" after a win like that.
