Catalano Delivers Walk-Off Win for Sasquatch
The El Paso Mavericks got a sterling performance from shortstop Brad Coates, but the Seattle Sasquatch still prevailed, 4-3. Coates went 3-5 with a home run and a triple. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Seattle reliever Nate Wesson picked up the win, raising his record to 2-2. Jeff Dalton was tagged with the loss. The Sasquatch go to 34-40, putting them 5th in the Thurman Munson League West Division.

Ryan Catalano was the walk-off hero for Seattle. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Sasquatch catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said El Paso skipper Lorenzo Castillo.
