Greene, Freeze Wallop Cowboys in Game 2 of R2
Minneapolis shortstop Tony Greene was the difference-maker for the Freeze in what turned into a shootout with the Calgary Cowboys. Greene earned accolades after going 4-for-5 in the 9-2 Freeze win. With the victory, the Freeze moved into a 1-1 tie in the best-of-7 series.

Minneapolis used the hitting of Jason Norman to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Freeze on top, 2-0. For the game, Norman had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.

"We put our best foot forward tonight," said a smiling Greene.

The next game is set to be played for Thursday, October 18th , 2063 at The Ice Box in Minneapolis.
