Horned Frogs Win, Hope to Turn Around Slow Start
The TCU Horned Frogs spoiled a good performance by Fresno State second baseman Chris Beall, bumping off Fresno State, 10-5, at Dingoes Ballpark. Beall was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Tim Drabek, now 2-0, was credited with the win in 3.2 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit, while striking out 3 and walking 4. TCU is 8-12 and Fresno State, with the loss, 13-7.

Adam Huff aided the TCU cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the third. For the game, the designated hitter drew 2 walks in 5 plate appearances. He drove in 2 runs.

"To get where we want to as a team, we all have to do things out of our comfort zone," Huff told the TCU Times.
