Lewis Hits 2 home runs in Wolverines Win
A 4-RBI performance from center fielder Scott Lewis, who is tied for 6th in the SBL in home runs with 8, led the Michigan Wolverines to a 7-3 win over the Wake Forest Demon Deacans. The winner was Jake Brummels, who threw 80 pitches over 6.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with 3 runs on 8 hits. Today's win puts Michigan at 9-10, while Wake Forest falls to 12-7.

In the top of the seventh, third baseman Mike Whitaker hit a run-scoring double to left-center. The double, which was hit off of Jeff Converse, gave Michigan a 5-3 lead.
