Toreros Lose to Ramrods, 8-1
|
The Huntington Station Ramrods and starting pitcher Tyler Langenfeld stifled the Cabo San Lucas offense en route to a comfortable 8-1 win at Station Center Yard. In 8.1 innings, Langenfeld surrendered 8 hits, while striking out 2 and walking 0. He allowed 1 run. Huntington Station is now 31-29, Cabo San Lucas 21-37.
Early in the game, right fielder Mike Moss had a 2-run home run for Huntington Station. It was his 11th home run of the season and put the Ramrods on top, 2-0.
