Lateef Zitouna had a big hand in the 10-0 Bloomington triumph over Eagle Rock. He rattled off 3 hits in 5 at-bats, scoring 4 times and knocking in 2 runs. Mario Solis earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 6 hits in 5 innings. He upped his record to 6-6. The defeat makes Eagle Rock 34-34.

With Bloomington leading 1-0 in the top of the third, Zitouna hit a splitter from Jon Wambach for a run-scoring double. It was his 25th double of the season and put the Blazers ahead, 2-0.
