Eclipse Come Up Short at Mexico City, 4-3
|
In a close game at The Royal Grounds, the Mexico City Luchadores edged the Chicago Eclipse, 4-3. Mexico City shortstop Ollie Dale stood apart with his performance. He went 3 for 3 with 3 singles. The Mexico City win streak is now 3 games.
With the game tied, 3-3, in the bottom of the sixth, Dale had a key at-bat for Mexico City. With runners on 1st and 2nd, Dale hit a run-scoring single off Joe McKnight, making the score 4-3, Luchadores.
