Lake Monsters Edge Panthers, 3-2 | The Okanagan Lake Monsters picked up a win at Franklin Mountains Field, knocking off the Charleston Panthers, 3-2. Starting pitcher Ricardo Pastor played a key role in the triumph. Kyle Harless was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 3 of 6 save opportunities. The Lake Monsters own a robust 103-56 mark.
The Lake Monsters got a big at-bat from first baseman Bobby Quinonez. For the game, Quinonez went 2 for 6 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the top of the 12th, with the bases loaded, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 137th hit of the season gave Okanagan a 3-2 lead.
