Vikings Turn Back Atlantic City, 3-1 | Dublin overcame a superlative game from Eddie Lara to beat Atlantic City, 3-1. The Atlantic City pitcher took player of the game honors in a losing cause. He threw 7 innings of 3-hit ball. The winner was Aaron Green in relief. His record improves to 3-1. Eddie Lara took the loss. The Vikings bumped their record to 87-70 with this latest triumph.
The Vikings got a big at-bat from third baseman A'fah Falakiko. For the game, Falakiko was 1-4. In the top of the seventh, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 126th hit of the season gave Dublin a 2-1 lead.
