Brownsville Makes It 6 Straight with 7-5 Win
|
Alan Kendrick led the charge as the Brownsville Bandits defeated the Campo NoBos, 7-5, in 12 innings at Valhalla Summit. Kendrick, who is tied for 9th in the RHA with a .469 on-base percentage, went 4 for 6 with 4 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. Brownsville has a record of 75-76, placing them 4th in the RCL HA Tommy Lasorda Division.
Raul Rivera, who is tied for 8th in the RHA in runs scored with 117, helped out the Brownsville cause in the top of the ninth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the center fielder was 1-5 with 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2.
