The Seattle Sasquatch scored a convincing win at Sasquatch Field at Brewbaker Family Memorial Stadium, defeating the Mexico City Luchadores, 11-2. One of the hitting stars was 25-year old right fielder Ricardo Nieves who went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The setback makes Mexico City 26-36.

Ethan Morehead, who finished 5th in the RCL in runs with 113 in 2059, took Mexico City hurler Greg Young deep in the bottom of the sixth. His 2-run home run put the Sasquatch on top, 3-1. In all, Morehead had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

Said losing manager Prince Percival Papenfuss: "Give the Sasquatch credit. They took advantage of our mistakes."
