Moose Jaw pitcher Roberto Molina did his part in helping his team beat the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws, 3-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. The winning pitcher was Molina, now 7-3. He tossed 7.2 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 7. Craig Dell'Olio earned the save, his 19th, for the Warriors.
Richard Hoskins, who is tied for 10th in the RHA in extra base hits with 56, aided the Moose Jaw cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the third baseman drove in one run.
"Roberto gave us a huge shot in the arm," said Moose Jaw manager José Soto.
With the win, the Warriors improved to 80-59.
