Bandits Go 10 Innings to Beat Ottawa, 3-2
Brownsville and Ottawa left the crowd in suspense until the last at-bat.

Dan Savard was instrumental in his team's 3-2, extra-inning triumph over the Ottawa Civics. The second baseman was 3-4 with 2 home runs and a double for the Brownsville Bandits. With the victory, the Bandits record stands at 52-62.

Brownsville got a clutch hit from Travis McAbee. The pinch hitter launched a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a kill shot.

"He who laughs last laughs best," Savard said, postgame.
