Asheville Gets 10-2 Win
Asheville starter Tim Turner kept the Houghton hitters in check, helping his team cruise to a win, 10-2. At 28-27, the Moonshiners claim 4th place in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division.

Asheville used a well-timed hit by Tyler Halloran to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Moonshiners ahead, 3-1. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.

"Tim made his pitches," said Asheville manager Baldassario Ardinghi.
