| Crosscutters Get Road Win, 6-2 | The Williamsport Crosscutters picked up a win at Philip Banks Field, knocking off the Bel Air Princes, 6-2. On the mound for Williamsport was right-hander Shawn Thompson, who played a pivotal role in the win. Williamsport has now won 3 straight, while the Princes have lost 3 in a row.
The Crosscutters got a big at-bat from center fielder Tim Mohr. For the game, Mohr was 2-4 with a double. He drove in 4 runs. In the top of the second, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run single. His 117th hit of the season gave Williamsport a 2-1 lead.
