| River Chiefs Win at Tree City, 4-1 | Chippewa pitcher David Guerrero did his part in helping his team beat the Tree City Black Squirrels, 4-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Guerrero picked up the win for Chippewa, going 7 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 2-0. Mike McGill got the save, his 2nd in 3 chances.
