Pelicans Get Road Win, 4-2 | The St. Petersburg Pelicans got a strong performance from pitcher Tony Ruiz, who stymied the Coney Island offense en route to a 4-2 win at Coney Island Coliseum. Ruiz got the win, improving to 3-3. He allowed 1 hit and walked 5 over 5 innings. Ruiz allowed 1 earned run. A.J. Schneider notched his 33rd save in 36 chances.
